Our Team
Zelian Business Solutions was founded in 2009 to provide a variety of services to small and medium businesses (SMB). Most business owners are focused on running the day to day activities of their business and don't have the resources or bandwidth to address all aspects of their growing business.
At Zelian, we recognize that business owners are experts at running their businesses - but may not be experts in the specific fields of marketing, web presence, or operations improvements.
Our team is experienced and capable of providing consulting and coaching services as well as actually implementing projects to help companies grow.
Julio Zuverza
Principal
Julio Zuverza founded Zelian Business Solutions after seeing the difficulty businesses have when trying to launch or grow. His experience in small family owned businesses, mid sized public companies, and large multi-national companies helps him identify and resolve problems that businesses typically face.
Julio has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Acton School of Business in Austin, Tx.
Julio is also the lead instructor for BiGAustin's StartSmart course.
Jaime Zuverza

Jaime Zuverza has accumulated 12 years in the Design industry and has worked in many mediums including digital design. He received his BFA from the University of Texas at El Paso and has created websites for private and professional use. His talents have recently been requested for the development of video games on mobile platforms such as the iPhone.
Lindsey Culpepper
Graphic Services
Lindsey Culpepper received her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design from Arizona State University and has experience in graphic and industrial design disciplines such as working on product protoypes and creating custom graphic designs.
